My cards today were prompted by the August Twofer Card Challenge: Nautical. At first I thought it meant boats, lighthouses and the beach but later realized it included sea life. I have a couple PTI sets teeming with turtles, fish, sea horses and reef flora found on the ocean floor. In my stack of hoarded papers I found an ombre piece which looks like expert ink blending and perfect for a CAS ocean background.

Your two nautical sea life designs are turtley delightful, Vikki! I'm so glad you realized that sea turtles and sea plants qualify! I love how that pp works so beautifully on your first and third designs and go you for making that third one while your stuff was out! I'm so bad about that so you inspire me! ReplyDeleteLove them all! I don't think I have anything sea related in my vast collection. How can that be? I do have the PTI summer fence line set. I used it several times last year, but haven't brought it out this summer. Time is flying by so it may have to wait until summer 2020.
ReplyDeleteI, too, think the same as you when I picture "nautical", but Darnell gave us a lot of options and I love her for it. I mean, just look how cute these sea turtles and fishes are.
