WINTER IDEAS

Instead of a 2011 Christmas card we
sent a New Year's card in January 2012.

Hero Arts zig-zag background stamp,
Impress flourish stamp on punched heart
Impress stamp inside frame stamp

Two of a set of four note cards. The birds & butterflies are punches
and the Penny Black stamp was inked with the Ranger Seasonal inks.

As soon as I saw the new Hero Arts 2012 catalog
this Newsprint Owl was mine! Just love those big eyes!

Used a Hero Arts music clef background stamp with the
Christmas bird stamp & HA's Pool Shadow ink.
I'll probably add a banner when sending it out depending
on the occasion for use.

THANK YOU CARDS SET

Here are 4 cards made for my four friends who treated me to an early birthday lunch.

Thank You

Big Shot - Love

Late August my husband encouraged me to purchase a Big Shot machine after showing him other card blogs. What fun it is creating more texture and adding new toys to the crowded craft room!  I like making different sized cards and thought this would be fun to show the colors of autumn leaves.  The leaves were stamped with various Distress Inks and then further enhanced by distressing the edges.  They were also mounted on pop dots before adhering to the embossed Cuttlebug swirl designed kraft paper.  The cardstock for the card is a creamy ivory that I stamped with Hero Arts amazing envelope pattern background stamp using HA sage shadow ink.

Merriest Wishes
