Celebrating with you

Make It Monday #176: Take 2

Backgrounds with Embossing Paste

Check out Laura Bassen's video at Make It Monday

As I was lifting the Modern Cross Quilt
used on the previous card, I thought
"What would the negative look like on a card?"
I quickly grabbed an A2 white card and carefully
placed the still wet stencil face down on it, pressing gently.
It didn't look too bad, more muted yet with some texture
as you see in the second close up photo.
Hate to waste any of that fun embossing paste!

PTI Modern Cross Quilt cover plate, Tag Sale #8, and Circle Scribbles die.
Stamp: Ruby Reprise for sentiment
Previous card has Distress Inks used for coloring Dreamweaver Embossing Paste.
